Selena’s Tall Tale is the adventure of a kid figuring out where the tub water drains. Selena visits her noisy neighbor Ned, a pink elephant wearing a tutu and her Aunt Bonnie’s tub. But most of all, it is the story of a girl finding exploration in ordinary things.
Process
Writing, sketching, re-writing, sketching, storyboard and then re-working again. The illustrations changed a few times from humans to animals and I started to create this digitally, then decided to do what I normally do.
This story took quite a long time to finish and I am proud to say it is done and I am already working on my second book.
