Spearheaded the comprehensive rebranding initiative for the University, leading cross-functional collaboration with designers and stakeholders across campus. Delivered a 49-page brand guideline, supplemented by concise quick guides. Additionally, launched a Canva Enterprise account with pre-designed branded templates, logos, and icons to ensure user-friendly brand compliance.
The brand rollout is ongoing, including brand training sessions, expanded access to branded tools and templates, and integration into HR training for new employees.
A quick look at numbers:
- To date there have been over 10 training sessions with over 324 people.
- 4 training videos have been created, including one for new employees and one for Canva use.
- Since we launched Canva in October ‐ 214 users have been added to the enterprise account and have been trained on the SU brand.
- Over 1,231 designs have been created and there are 172 active users to date.
- Over 324 branded templates created for users in the account.
